A number of schemes are available to assess commercial buildings dependent on the building type under consideration. These include:

These provide a building rating dependent on a percentage points score. This ranges from a Pass at 30% to Outstanding at 85%.

The individual credit items and values may vary dependant on scheme type but the same environmental categories are considered for each scheme.
